Padua question

We plan to stay in Padua a bit next fall as part of a month long trip in the north-ish. I see that the university begins their school year in the very beginning of October.

Is that a good time to visit - or not. Is there anything going on that we should know about at the beginning of the school year?

I visited Padova in early October 2 years ago and I didn’t notice anything adverse about the students. No problem in restaurants and tourist sites, weather was spectacular!
