How would you get from Parma to Parco Nazionale del Apennino Tosco-Emiliano without a car? What would be the travel time? Recommendations on where to stay?

It looks like you can take a bus from Parma to Langhirano (46 minutes) then a taxi ($75-90) ( 1Hr 5 mins) to National Park.
