Overnight Parking garages in Siena or Grosseto

We're staying in a tiny medieval village between Grosseto and Siena, and would like to go to Rome by train for a couple of days. We have a rental car. I'm wondering if anyone out there knows if you can leave your rental car in one of those paid parking garages for 2 days or more? I'm not looking for free parking, only legal, long-term parking. The buses from this village run too infrequently to make that an option for getting to either city in time for the train. I don't want to drive into Rome. Any suggestions?

If you are paying for a rental car, use it and drive it to Rome, or at least close to it.
First decide where you are staying in Rome and next I can tell you where to park.
Or leave Rome as your last stop after you return your rental car.

A train station on the main line, such as Chiusi or Orvieto, has more train service than Siena. However, Roberto's advice for parking closer to Rome makes sense and it's very nice of him to offer personalized details.
