I really liked Duomo Museum - we hit it after we climbed the dome (maybe only need an hour?), you should also go in the main entrance for ground level view of the sanctuary of the Duomo too.

We did both medici chapel and palazzo medici (which has a really cool chapel), so not sure if you mean to do both. We doubled back to see the palace because we misunderstood that they were two different sites (but very close to each other). We skipped San Lorenzo ( also close by) but there was a line.

We ran out of time and missed bargello and bunch of other things like boboli that you have on here. next time....

I think this is a lot of art, but if you like art you're in the right place....flexibility is key you can always drop something.

Yes, we are doing the Duomo complex so I will edit my post. Just meant we were doing dome first thing.

I won’t say we LOVE art so if y’all think we should swap some things, I’m all ears.

Thank you!!!

Personally, I think it's great to have all the art....better to have more on the list and drop things if you need a break or something isn't as expected. We weren't up for waiting on lines after being in venice and the baptistry was a super short visit when we were there as it was all scaffolding inside (restoration).

We did use the RS audio tours at both Accademia and Uffizi with mixed reviews...the humor is cheesy but the focus is helpful.

My daughter is studying art currently in Florence and she's a huge fan of both the Bargello and San Marco.

I also recommend gelato for lunch everyday -- keeps everyone happy and you'll walk it off.

An idea to replace a dinner is to take Eating Europe’s Florence Sunset Food & Wine Tour. We took it last June and it was excellent. We were also able to see the area across the river.
