I've always thought it was a Neapolitan going to work in Germany who had lost control of his mammoth.

We were in Bolzano the last week in January, and unfortunately, the museum was closed for renovations.

Fascinating and amazing what they are able to learn about his last few days and how he probably died! It's a wonder to be able to see him "in person".

I read it also, and found it very interesting after our visit last May. They stressed then, how new things were being learned all the time.
