We're returning via car from Tuscany to fly out of Rome and I'm looking for hotel or BnB recommendations in Ostia Antica for 1 night? Any thoughts? We're staying at Downtown Accommodations when we arrive into Rome for 2 nights, so want to try something else.

It can be pretty tricky to get directly from Ostia Antica to Fiumicino airport, so be sure to get that nailed down before you arrange for lodging there.
Ostia Antica is well worth seeing. But check and see if your B&B host to drive you to FCO for departure.
Getting out to the airport for departure can be a little difficult if you have to go in rush hour and have to deal with the commuter trains.
When we made a 20 mile trip into Rome in rush hour, my wife said she could actually feel the bones of the people standing around her on a train. They are extremely crowded, and handling baggage in such close quarters is difficult.
