Is it feasible to visit both Ostia Antica and Hadrian's Villa in the same day?

It is but it would be a long day. I wouldn't do it. I would do it on two different days and split it up.

No. It is two different directions -- Hadrian is East, Northeast and O Antica is southwest. And Hadrian's Villa is a little tricky getting involving a couple of train charges or train and bus.

While it is not feasible to visit Ostia Antica and Hadrian's Villa on the same day, it is very feasible to visit Hadrian's Villa and the Ville di' Este in Tivoli in one day. They are only a few miler apart. We did this several years ago and Tivoli is a really neat place with hundreds of fountains. I preferred Tivoli to Hardian's Villa.
