Orvieto B&B

Can anyone recommend a nice quaint B&B in Orvieto area? We will have a car and staying in a small village the month of October (Ferentillo) Grazie

We stayed in B and B Ripa Medici which was just about our favorite in one month touring Italy and Sicily. Delightful owners who served breakfast in their dining room. Beautiful rooms with a view of the valley below. Parking available. Very reasonable and comfortable accommodations.

Ripa Medici is in town and it's about a seven minute walk to the Duomo. Google Maps is great for these sorts of questions because you can choose the Pedestrian option when you use it for directions. You'll love Orvieto.

We stayed at Casa Selita on our honeymoon and absolutely adored our stay. It's gorgeous, friendly, and affordable. You can schedule a wine tasting there, too. Selita's husband was voted Italy's top sommelier some years ago. It was a lot of fun!

We stayed at B&B Michelangeli and loved it. We had a car with us and Francesca had a spot that we could park in. She was also extremely helpful. It was easy walk to everything in Orvieto.

Another vote for B&B Ripa Medici. Nice room in town, convenient to the parking garage and Sabrina, the owner, is the nicest person, offering breakfast in her apartment.
