Any suggests of hotels or b&bs for 3-5 days stays in these towns? Traveling in March/April. Thanks.

Hello
We are staying at La Via della Giudecca in Ortigia in April . We have not stayed there before , but it has been recommended by several people on this forum. We booked directly with the B & B.

I loved my harborside room at L'approdo delle Sirene in Ortigia, just over the bridge from Siracusa.

In Ortigia my Rick Steves Tour stayed at the seaside Domus Mariae. Wonderful, highly rated hotel close to everything with fabulous sea views and a great roof top terrace. Everyone on the tour loved the hotel. On the same tour we stayed at Hotel dell’ Orologio in Ragusa. Visited Modica on a day trip. I would stay in Ragusa as opposed to Modica.

In Ortigia we stayed at Charme Hotel Henrys House. An excellent place to stay. Breakfast was wonderful especially if you sat outside with views of the water.

I give another vote for La Via Della Giudecca! We are revisiting Ortigia for the second time in September for 5 nights. We gladly recommend this charming B&B. If you don’t mind stairs choose an upper floor room with balcony & view. Free cancellation, & excellent breakfast. They do not take credit card payments. We are fine with that. Walkable to sights & wonderful cuisine. Our favorite place in Sicilia. Magical!
