I would rely on the advice of locals (your hotel staff or others) or even Tripadvisor. Orbetello is not a place where many people here travel to, as it is off the American travelers' beaten path.
When I was in the area (Porto Santo Stefano) last June, the lady at the hotel suggested to stop at "L'Oste Dispensa", which is at Giannella, next to Orbetello, but we decided not to stop there in the end.
