If you haven't already done so, try searching this site for Orange House. I seem to recall a post a year or so ago wherein people thought they were out of business.

There are very recent reviews on Tripadvisor, which suggests that they are not out of business. You might try calling them if they don't answer email. And did you check your spam folder? Often emails from Italy hotels end up there.

John, they may be booked already for September. If you don't get a response, you might try calling them. Have you tried Albergo Milano? We stayed there in '09 (in a room with a frontal lake view) & the hotel was wonderful.
