online tickets for museums in Florence and coopculture in Rome

I've been trying to book tickets for the Uffizi in Florence and the Colosseum in Rome but the websites don't seem to be active. I can click on the tickets and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Thank you Dario. I did try again during business hours and was able to purchase tickets.
