I made reservation for Vatican Museum on 8/28/2018 and have not heard anything from them!!! how long does it take to get a confirmation e-mail from them? I filled out all our information on https://biglietteriamusei.vatican.va/musei/tickets/do site. It did not ask for any credit card information for payment. I didn't want to fill out another request incase that confuses them later. -OR- should I fill out another request. Thank you for commenting/helping us

I have just returned from Italy and did the Vatican Friday night opening on August 17th. When I booked online I definitely had to pay at that time. You say they didn’t ask for any credit card info? It sounds to me as though you didn’t actually complete the booking. Availability and payment was immediate for me and I had a confirmation which I printed. I would repeat the process and not worry about confusing them. It’s not like you will be charged twice since you didn’t give them any payment info the first time.

Turn off your adblocker when visiting that site. It wouldn't work for me with any adblockers on.

When I booked online I definitely had to pay at that time. I would try again until it asks for payment. Friday night at VM was wonderful. The Raphael rooms were still crowded, but otherwise much better than during the day.

I bought my tickets from the Vatican site. I got a confirmation of payment at 4:43 pm. I got the ticket vouchers (to print out) at 4:51 pm.

Thanks everyone. I just reserved my time again and it actually took me to the second page where you enter your CC information. for some reason, first time around it did not take me to that second page. Can't wait to actually see our confirmations : )
