Online Italian Cooking Class?

Ciao!

Has anyone had a positive experience taking a Zoom Italian cooking class?

Early in the pandemic, I took a series of Zoom classes through Anna Lanza's Cooking School - they are now back to offering classes on-site rather than online. I'm looking for another option.

Thanks for any recommendations!

I've watched some short videos from Curious Appetite. The owner is Coral, I believe originally from somewhere on the west coast. Sarah Murdoch of Adventures with Sarah, has done some tours with her. Curious Appetite does tours around Bologna and Florence both in person and virtual. Coral has seemed very knowledgeable and fun.

Look at nonnalive.com -- we did their in person experience when in Rome in August and it was by far one of the best things we did on our trip. The reviews for their online classes are just as good!

Convivio Rome at conviviorome.com offers online classes and is resuming their in-person lessons too. I have taken both and thoroughly enjoyed them. They are located about an hour from Rome. They can do custom online classes as well as group lessons via Zoom. I've been in their monthly subscription class for awhile now it continues to be a lot of fun and very informative about not just food, but agriculture and history.
