We purchased online our Combo tickets for the Forum and the Colosseum. However the site your book suggested at "www.coopulture.it" only sent us an email with the purchase order number but did not give us an option to print the tickets.
How do we go about obtaining our tickets? Leaving in 3 weeks.
This happened to us. There is a line to take your email to turn them in for tickets. Its outside the main entrance. It was simple.
I've been trying to decide between buying that online or getting the Roma Pass there. I wonder which is easier then...
but did not give us an option to print the tickets.
That may have been because you also reserved 'free' children's tickets. If so, you cannot print tickets in advance. Take a print-out of the purchase order to a guard at the entrance to get into the correct line. Bring proof of age for your children. Then you need to go to the event desk to collect your tickets.
I am very confused by this website.. www.coopulture.it. Did you buy a tour? We are looking to buy tickets with a tour for 2 kids and 2 adults. Can you tell me which you bought? Help!
kath27_99, it would be best if you started a new thread with your question as people who might be able to help won't see it buried in rsasnett's thread. And when you post it, include the dates you're trying to purchase a tour for (it matters as they release tour reservations for each month on a specific day/time ), what parts of the Colosseum you're wanting to see, the ages of your children, and any details about what you're finding confusing?
I'll also reference you to this very helpful explanation (thank you, Donna) about booking procedures for the Underground and Belvedere:
