Are there one way tours I can take between venice and florence and between florence and rome. I would have 1 travel bag with me.I was hoping to see a few things that it wouldn't be possible to see travelling by train.

I think I understand the question. And the answer is No or at least I have heard of such tours. You would have to take your luggage with you so it is probably not reasonable for most people.

Not sure what you mean when you say one way tours. Can you explain further? RU stopping in the cities overnight?
