Looking for places close to airport, easy to get to after long flight that arrives at 20:30, and need to take train in am. Would be great if it was near a restaurant for dinner, and had breakfast included. Thanks for any ideas!

Not sure of your budget, and don't know your dates, but Booking.com has a number of hotels near the airport, including well known chains, eg Marriott and NH.

Hello, strandtea, and welcome to the forum,
Pisa airport is ridiculously close to the city and the train station - a five minute tram will take you to the train station from the airport.
That means you can either stay close to the airport and take the tram in the morning or take the shuttle for 5 minutes and stay in the city, presumably walking distance from the train station. There are, of course a bunch of hotel options on the big piazza opposite the train station.
Unless you can find something literally a walk from the airport terminal the trouble to get to a place near the airport versus in town near the train station is virtually the same. And keep in mind you need to either get back to airport to get to the tram or transfer to the train station in town in the morning anyway.

The Hotel NH Pisa is a very nice hotel and it is located right across the street from the Central Train station. It is a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport. Very good European breakfast served.
