My wife and I did the Florence full day tour with Livtours in September. We had a great guide and loved it. In fact, we wound up doing a number of tours with them across Italy and never had anything other than a great experience. Their tours are limited to 6 people, so you won’t have a big crowd. We will be using them again when we go back in June. Good luck.
