anyone know a good/fun cooking class in Tuscany?
Hello,
I took a cooking class at In Tavola Cucina in Florence. It also included a market tour.
I also took one in Rome, and I would say that the one in ROme was far superior-the instructor was more interactive and knowledgeable about food and cooking. This class I just felt like I was going through motions and not really learning anything that I hadn't already made before. It all depends on what you are looking for I suppose, because the reviews on trip advisor for them are pretty good.
The class was from 10-2:30
They have a website if you want to sign up, I believe the cost was 70 Euros.
We made palpatonne (meatloaf), pasta with fresh veggies, panna cotta and bruschetta.
Hope this helps,
Lisa
