Can anyone suggest a half-day or full-day cooking class that we can take from Amalfi? We are looking for a hands-on class rather than a demonstration class. Thanks.

unfortunately we don't list any recommendations for cooking classes on the Amalfi coast so we don't have any good suggestions for you. That's mainly because we haven't had time to research them. Use the resources given in the earlier posts.
