One day biking in tuscany

We would like to spend a day exploring the Tuscany regions on bike. We are looking for suggestions on a bike rental shop or suggestions on a bike tour. We are staying in a B&B just south of Siena.

I would suggest you start by asking the owners of the B&B for their recommendations. They know their area and others who provide services to tourist.
