My family of four, two children ages 16 and 12, will be traveling in Tuscany next summer. I am looking for a one-day bike tour that can accomodate a family in moderately good physical condition. Any suggestions for rental companies and locations?

ibikeitaly.com My boyfriend used this company, not for their tours, but simply to rent a bike for the day and was very satisfied with the company. A friend of mine used them for a tour, but I don't recall specifically which one, and insisted that I use them if I am inclined to do a bike tour, of any kind, when I am in Tuscany. So, I can't personally vouch for them, except through second hand recommendations.
