I entered an incorrect email address when I book my online reservation with a hotel in Milan at BBPlanet. There is no way to communicate with them other than through the original email address that I gave when booking the reservation. I need to cancel my reservation and I have up until one day before check-in, which is June 12. However, I can't get in touch with BBPlanet. They don't have a fax, customer service phone number, or address. I don't have access to the user panel id number and password I need to use to pull up my reservation because BBPlanet is only corresponding with the incorrect email address I accidentally gave them. They don't know that I cannot contact them. Any suggestions?
