The omnia pass is a huge waste of money. Do yourself a favor and book entry tickets to the Vatican museums directly through the Vatican website. For the other sites in Rome you can either book directly or buy the romapass and use it for entry and discounts.

The romapass is 36 euros, good for three consecutive days, gives free entry to the first two sites visited, gives discounts to all other sites covered by the pass, includes 3 days worth of transportation on the buses, metro and trams in Rome but doesn't include the Vatican museums.

I don't know why anyone would spend 95 euros ($131.00) on a pass when they can book the sites for themselves for much less. If you book the colosseum, borghese gallery and Vatican museums directly it will cost you 42 euros. A three day transport pass is 16 euros. That's a total of 58 euros. If you purchase the romapass it will cost 36 euros plus entry to the Vatican at 20 euros so that's 56 euros plus you get discounts on the other sites covered by the pass. That's a savings of 39 euros.

Buying tickets directly or using the romapass allows you to bypass the lines as well so no waiting.
