Hello,
Can anyone recommend a farm to do an olive oil tasting? A vineyard for some wine tastings? Or a farm where we can witness or partake in the cheese making process? We will be staying 4 nights just outside of Carovigno from September 23-27 and we will be renting a car. We are not looking to join a pre-packaged tour, looking to set our own itinerary.

I was just about to post a very similar question, as we're headed to Puglia in June and I'd love to visit an olive farm. Did you end up finding anything worth recommending?

We were not able to find a farm dedicated strictly to olive oil tasting. We went to Tenuta Terre Di San Vito (just outside of Polignano a Mare) for a wine tasting and we were able to taste some of their olive oil. The wines we tasted here were good, the oil was good and the food was delicious and plentiful. Recommended.
