It would be difficult to visit all three in one day and to do each place well.

What do you want to see at an "olive oil farm??"

Do you want to see the olive trees?
Maybe you want to visit an estate that produces olive oil (??)
They are not going to be pressing olives, or doing anything interesting, in June, as the harvest is in the fall.
Do you want to taste various oils, and buy some bottles?

Cinque Terre from Florence is going be a full day and will allow for nothing else. Transportation will take a minimum of 2-3 hours each way and that leaves no room for anything else with time spent in the villages.

Pisa can be a half day if you are generally only interested in the "big sites" of the Tower and the Field of Miracles". You will probably need to prearrange a visit and tour of an olive plantation either with a guide or on your own but transportation will be an issue without a car. There are olive farms in area around both Pisa and Lucca which is nearby. Each city will tell you their olive oil is the best and way better than the other city's, but Pisa and Lucca battled 600 years ago and they still hate each other so take their opinions with that context.

Here is an article about production in the area: https://authentic-tuscany.com/discovering-the-olive-oil-route-of-the-monte-pisano-in-tuscany/

Hope that helps, have a great trip,

hey hey jinnietrinh
as suki mentions very difficult to do for a day trip from florence
hiredman's post informs you what it will take to train there. many others will be doing day trips like you to see the area. summer time is high season and hot. take into effect that many cruise ships will be in la spezia and livorno in june, not knowing what day you hope to travel there.
cruisemapper.com
click ports, livorno & la spezia, months, june 2025, scroll down to dates you are planning to see ships in port. click the ships, scroll down a bit to see how many passengers/crew are on board. if 3 or 4 ships in port that adds more people on the crowded trains, roaming around villages in the crowds, full restaurants, long lines, ferries/boats rides. keep your time diligent to return back on train plus getting tickets early same day so you don't have to wait in long lines at ticket machines, make sure you validate tickets befor boarding train and small machine otherwise a fine to be paid right then & there to conductor. good luck and enjoy holiday

If you visit CT as a day trip, you will see it at its worse. When all the other day trippers are there. It’s best to spend a couple nights.

Thank you all for in the inputs. Now i really have to think what i want to do. Probably i should just do the day trip to visit the Olive farm ( how they make olive oil and try to taste the olive oil) and head to Siena instead of cramping so much in one day. Thank you again!
