Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar

We are interested in attending a producing farm in Tuscany of these two condiments. We are also interested in wineries. Maybe some have all three productions. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For basalmic vinegar, I'm betting that most is produced in Modena and Reggio-Emilia. It's certainly where the best is produced. At Modena, your very close to Parma where the best Parmesan cheese is made and where authentic Parma ham is produced. Then, you go to Bologna, a recognized city of eating pleasures and enjoy it all.

We went to several wineries in Montalcino that had wonderful Brunello wines and olive oil (I'm not sure about the balsamic vinegar). The one that had the best of both, which we brought home, was Casonova di Neri www.casanovadineri.com, a small winery that was recommended by our hotel. They didn't really advertise the olive oil, but if you ask, they'll give you a tasting similar to that of a wine tasting.
