Olive Oil and food Tours near Rome

I would like to do an olive oil tasting and/or food tour while in Rome. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I did Eating Italy's Testaccio food tour a couple of years ago. Amazing! They also do a Cooking with Nonna class which looks like fun.
