Hello Guys, I just want to ask if you have experienced any problem receiving emails from the vatican museum. I just did my reservation online and said that I will receive an email which i need to confirm before my reservation is considered valid. I haven't received any yet. Does it take more than a day?? Do I need to repeat it if I dont receive anything by tomorrow? Thanks

I got a confirmation email pretty quickly, but I've heard it can take a while. They might also be booked up.

The same thing happened to me last week. I emailed asking for them to resend the voucher and received the following day.

Thanks Guys!! I did it twice, i just had to wait. the confirmation came in after an hour but when i did a second try, in 5 mins i received the confirmation...it pays to wait!!
