Good morning! Tried several times (using different devices and servers) to purchase tickets on the official site and I am experiencing difficulty. The first time, I got through to the payment info and when I went to confirm, I received an error message. Nothing was highlighted to point out what was causing the error. I reviewed everything and tried again. The next time or two, I did not even get to the payment info section and was receiving an error message after accepting the terms and confirming I am not a robot. Again, no indication of the error. I sent an email through the contact us option and I am awaiting a response but want to get this booked while still available.
I searched through the forum and saw some info regarding calling for approval with credit card company but I am not sure that is the issue, as it is a Citi VISA and I have booked other things on websites for Italy with no issues.
wondering if anyone has any helpful hints regarding this and any info on how responsive the folks are at responding to emails sent through the Vatican site.
