Has anyone had experience with this tour group in Venice? I am looking to book the walking and grand canal tour for this month. Also, if you did book this tour, did you reserve it online? They require you to charge the full amount on your credit card. If you had experience with another tour company, I would also welcome that info. Thanks!

Denise, take a look at www.artviva.com. We used them in Florence and give them "two thumbs up". But, they are based in Venice and offer quite a few tours there. You can get some feedback regarding their VEnice tours by taking a look at Tripadvisor. As far as how they run their business in Florence, I have to say there were terrific. And, like the other company you've been researching, you do have to pay up front.
