What is th best website to use? There is the official last supper website, then tickitaly.com, tripadvisor....none of them seem to have bookings yet for october 2017. What to do?

I would use the official site. Are you saying that they are sold out or the ticket are not on sale yet?

They just opened tickets for September on July 24, so I would check the official site closer to the end of August for October bookings.

The whole month of October seems to be greyed out on the offical site. Maybe they have no released them yet. I dont want to miss my oct 20th date. I guess i just have to check back each day to see if they have opened october yet. What a crazy way to do business. Wish they would at least release the release date!
Any suggestions. Have tried a couple of other tours with tix, but date also not avail.

I have used Select Italy for tickets when the official site is not showing tickets available. Markup for ticket only is about 100%.
