Does anyone know a great apartment to rent for the month of October/November 2016 somewhere between in Tuscany or Umbria for 6 weeks or a website that would be helpful for the search?

This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of Orvieto which we enjoyed for a week last year: Casa di Felicita, vrbo listing #118653.
It is spacious, charming, and comfortable. Perfect location for enjoying Orvieto and parking provided for easy excursions out of town.
Helene was the very gracious and helpful manager.
