Obtaining tickets for specific museums in Florence, direct tickets, not with tour operators.

Hi everyone. I’m trying to figure out the direct website for specific museums in Florence. When I use google, all it comes up with is various tour operators. There must be a link to all the museums, or even individually, that I can order tickets through.

Thanks so much for your help and guidance.

There are official sites for tickets! Without know which museums specifically you're interested in, I'll start with this site as they handle offical ticketing for so many of them (Uffizi, Accademia, Bargello, Palazzo Pitti, etc).

http://www.b-ticket.com/b-ticket/uffizi/default_eng.aspx

And for the Duomo complex:
https://duomo.firenze.it/en/home
https://operaduomofirenze.skiperformance.com/en/store#/en/buy.
Click on the "Tickets from March 1 2022" text.

A word of caution? If your trip is still some months away, tickets may not be available yet.
Anything else you're wanting tickets for that isn't covered here?

A general tip: If you include the word "official" in your Google search, you are a lot likelier to get a link to the museum's own ticket website.

And Rick is very good about including web addresses for getting tickets to all the high-traffic museums he covers--as well as good tips on avoiding the most crowded times.

Hi Realla, I had great trouble with the tickets to the museums in Florence because I was trying to far in advance. Two weeks ago I finally got thru. You can do it 29 days before your actual visit. The new rule for the Uffizi is that you have to give name and birthday of each person. I ened up doing it on the phone and I paid only the reservation fee of Euro 4 for each. I pay for the tickets when I pick them up.
