We are going to Italy for 2 weeks. We want to start in Venice, maybe a day, not more than 2, then on to Florence and the Tuscan country side for 3 days and wanted to drive the coast, if possible, and drop car off in Orvito and take train into Rome. Stay there and go to Pompeii for sure. If at all possible fly to Palermo for the catacombs for a day. If not, I will see the church in Rome. How about that. Drive until Rome, then train anywhere else. Thanks
