Do I need hotel reservations the first three weeks of November in the CT, Pisa, Florence areas? Or is it slow enough to wing it? Any ideas fellow travelers? Much appreciated!! Tom

I booked 6 hotel rooms for my Italy trip coming up at the end of November for a 14 day trip. 4 out of 6 of them are all booked up (according to online booking engine, I checked maybe a month ago because I am a dork like that). I booked them in June. I am referring to hotels that RS recommends.
