We are traveling to this rural region, north of Torino in May of 2024. Is it possible to get there by train from Naples or Rome? Are there any private guides in lieu of renting a car in the Aosta Valley?

Hi,
if you are traveling to Challand-Saint-Anselm, you would need to take a train to Ivrea, and then a bus to Verres (the train line is closed for the moment for about 3 years) and the second bus from Verres to Challand-Saint-Anselme. You could also rent a car to move from one village to another one. Hanna
