Greetings,
Never too early to start exploring! We're planning to visit Northern Italy next fall. Right now it looks like we will fly to Milan and take the train to Bolzano. We plan to rent a car there and either stay there or drive to Ortesei to stay for 3 nights. Hiking will be part of our visit there but we'd like to enjoy other activities and/or hotel amenities if options are available.
From there, driving to St. Moritz (or surrounding area) and stay for 2 nights. Last leg of drive wrapping up in Lake Como where we'll ditch the car, stay for 3 nights and train back to Milan.
