driving from Milan to Lake Como across to Vinece. Have 8 days between. Suggestions? Would like to see the Domolites and Verona.

Definetly see Verona. Beautiful city. Dolomiti also. Other areas, Vicenza, Padova, Bassano del Grappa. If you want to go a little south of Venice: Ferarra, Ravenna, San Marino, San Leo and Montebello (both near SM) and Rimini is worth a stop if you're in the area.
