Thats alot of ground to cover in a week. Are you sure you want to cover all those regions in such a short time? For a week trip, I would cut back to a more manageable itinerary, such as Venice/Verona/Vicenza; Tuscany region; Lakes Region. All of those easily will fill a week. Glenn

How about 3 nights in either Varenna/Lake Como (fly into Milan for easy access) and then 4 nights in either Florence or Siena to export tuscany) and you can fly out of Florence.

There is no one place that will allow you to take comfortable day trips to all those places; it's simply too large an area. And as the above posters have said, you can't see everything on your list in a week, and even two weeks would be pushing it. So, you should choose two or three bases, based on your interests.
