Norcia Monks

I understand Norcia, Italy has a beautiful basilica of which the monks, who are a vital part of the church,
are also very famous for their Gregorian Chants.
Can visitors listen to the daily chants? Do we need to get tickets? Is there a set schedule we day?

You should try to contact the monastery for information. In my experience, the Benedictine monks do welcome visitors for prayer. The liturgy is sung.

You want the Monastery of Saint Benedict. When you get to their website search for the "liturgy of the hours", "divine office", or "Horarium". One of those (probably horarium) will get you the schedule for the chanted liturgy. Please keep in mind that the schedule will be different on Sundays and major solemnities versus regular weekdays, so make sure you get the schedule for the day you plan to attend. And please plan to stay for the entire liturgy – it is incredibly disruptive when tourists get bored and leave in the middle.
