We are looking for a hotel in Rome, preferably near the Pantheon, that the rooms are guaranteed not to have been smoked in. We get sick if there's been smoke in the past 2months (I know, it's crazy, but this is a big trip for us, we don't want to be sick). There are 3 of us.

Check out http://www.smokefreeworld.com/rome.shtml for a list of smoke free places to stay. All restaurants in Italy are non-smoking or have a separate room for smokers. Smokers are allowed to smoke at outdoor tables so stick to the tables inside to avoid any problems.
