Your trip is in May, correct? That is only 2 months away. This is a very small place (8 rooms/apartments total) in a very popular area. Italy is very busy right now (we were just there) and will only get busier as we move into spring. It is quite possible they are already booked for your dates.

But maybe they have responded and the answer went to your spam folder. Did you check there? I have had several emails from small hotels in Italy end up there.

Hi Lola, our trip isn't until October. Yes, I check my SPAM folder daily. I have booked a back up that is south of the heart of Tuscany drive, but am really hoping to be able to cancel it and stay at the Fonte Bertusi. Do you have an agriturismo in the region that you recommend if we can't book?

They have a Facebook page. You can also try Facebook messenger, I have had pretty good luck doing that.

Oh, I see what I did wrong. I was looking at your response to someone else’s question, and they are going in May. If your trip is not until October, they shouldn’t be booked up yet.

Thanks all for your help! I decided to EMAIL the Agriturismo DIRECTLY and voila! I woke up to a reply this morning. I (gently) let them know that I didn't have success using their website form and that other travelers might be in the same predicament. So YAY, we're staying near Pienza in October!
