Should I book to see the Vatican during normal hours or during the nighttime hours? Is there anything special about the nighttime hours?
This will be our first trip to Italy.
Thank you.
If it is available and you can afford it I would definitely try the night time tour. I had some friends who got to do this and they said it was fantastic - just a few people in the whole place and you really get to see more. Is this a general open to the public event or do you have some additional access?
Below is what is posted on the Vatican website. Should I see it during regular hours AND nighttime hours. I think it is two separate fees.
