What i the quickest way to get to Riomaggiora to Venice, how many changes.
Is a night train a safe option

Two or three changes, itineraries through Milan or Florence possible, roughly equivalent in time. Night train not feasible (much longer and impractical than traveling by day).

I don't even think there are night trains on that route. Certainly not stopping in Riomaggiore.

Venice is VENEZIA SANTA LUCIA.

No, there's no convenient overnight train and if you joined one at Florence you would be on it for less than four hours.
