night photo tour rome, florence and cinque terre

I will be visiting Italy in Sept and looking for recommendations for a photography tour guide that could take me around Rome, Florence or the Cinque Terre during the the evening hours so I might be able to capture these cities at night. I am not looking for an individual that could take me to each place, but rather a photographer in each location. Thank you in advance,,,cheryl
