Unfortunately, I use a nicotine gum and lozenges. We will be in Italy for a month and I have enough to pack for the trip.
Does anyone know if there will be a problem entering customs in Italy with nicotine gum and lozenges?

I was unsure if you could buy Nicotine gum & lozenges in Italy. I tried to search but all I could come up with was “Suss” products.
Thank you for the response, I will do some more poking around and see if I can locate the products I am looking for. It may save me some luggage space.

I haven't had anybody look through my luggage when entering/exiting Europe for decades. I would be shocked a) if anybody discovered you brought in nicotine gum and lozenges and b) would care even if they somehow found out.
I think what you should worry about is how great a time you're going to have! A month in Italy! Fantastic!
