My travel partner and I are considering a day trip to San Remo from Nice. In Rick’s Italy book, I do not believe he has an entry at all on San Remo. Neither does his Provence book, as a potential “east of Nice” day trip. And forum entries here on San Remo date back 12+ yrs.
Does anyone have suggestions for a nice lunch venue and a short, pleasant stroll locale?
We will already have spent part of a day in Ventimiglia in connection with a day trip to Menton next week.
