Any recommendations on a nice hotel close to the airport in Florence. We will be leaving early AM, so we would be getting a taxi to catch our plane.

CLICK HERE to see several hotels listed by Trip Advisor. Note that they are not highly rated.
A taxi from the City is about 25-30Euros and there is also a regular city bus from the main train station to the airport.

Hi, I was in Florence then end of July, had a flight canceled, and was put up in the Hilton Metropol,very close to the airport and they had a shuttle. You can google it, and their prices weren't that bad.
