Can you share any 2019 New Year's Eve advice as to whether a Concerto Gala Verdi at La Scala or Beethoven's 9th with a vocal quartet at La Verdi would be a more memorable experience for a family of 6 -kids 25, 23, 20, & 14). We enjoy classical music but have never been to either venue. We would then like to find a place for a unique dinner near fireworks. Is the Duomo a crazy scene like NYTime square or is it manageable?
